Q. Where will the individual portraits be taken this year?The Frisco Discovery Center is a beautiful facility and just perfect for recital photography. We have arranged to have access to the dressing rooms behind the Black Box Theater. This means that there is plenty of room for hanging costumes in between changes AND you can come to the Center and take time to apply make up and change into costumes and not worry about driving with little ones dressed up. The dressing room has 8 vanities with lighted mirrors and can accommodate several dancers at one time. This will be especially nice for those of you who have multiple costumes that you want photographed. All arrangements have been made…you will be our guests!Frisco Discovery Center, home to Sci-Tech and Frisco Arts, 8004 North Dallas Parkway, Frisco Tx 75034Q. How do we schedule our appointment for our individual photo session?This year you can schedule your appointment very easily by contacting Silver Star Pictures at 469-252-1677 or via email dstana_silverstarpictures.com.Q. When do we pay for the individual photo session?Payment is due at the time of the photo session. Fill out an order form, decide which package(s) you would like and provide a check or VISA/MC payment. Don’t forget to add Sales Tax of .0825 to your total order. Please note there are separate order forms for individual sessions and group sessions.Q. Can we order additional photos after the photo session and after we received the portraits? Yes, the package pricing reflects a one time order opportunity. Reorders are an additional $20 plus the cost of the order.Q. Do we have to participate in the individual photo sessions?No. It is certainly optional. But your child’s photo will not be taken unless you select a package for purchase.Q. Do we select the pose that will be printed?Silver Star Pictures selects the best pose, your satisfaction is guaranteed.Q. How many poses are in each package choice?Each pose/costume choice is an additional package price. For instance, if there are three costumes and you wish to have a Portrait done of each costume there would be three separate photo packages charged. You would select the package for each costume. For more clarity you should fill out a separate order form for each costume and staple all together. You will note the costume color and description request on each order form.Q. What packages are available?There are three basic packages available. After the purchase of one of three packages, for each costume, there are additional optional purchases to add on to the package that you have chosen. Please ask for an order form and read it thoroughly, all of the information related to packages and pricing is detailed on the order form. If you have additional questions, please contact us.Q. Do we have to purchase Group Photographs?No. There is no obligation to purchase group photographs. Please note there is a separate form for ordering group photos.Q. What if my child is in more than one group?A portrait will be taken of each group. You may purchase a portrait of each group. There are two order forms on each page. Please remember to identify the group, song title ,and costume description of each group. Q. When will we receive our photo packages?Individual Portrait packages will be printed on-site at the time of your photo shoot if time permits otherwise they will be available for pickup during rehearsal. Group Portraits will be available for pickup two weeks after the final photographs are taken of the groups.

Easter Live Bunny

Live Bunny Events

Each year Silver Star Pictures offers wonderful photography with live bunnies. Themes include Mr. McGregor's garden, English Garden, and much more!

All backdrops are one-of-a-kind handpained canvas scenes and the props are professional and appropriate for young children.

We support one of our favorite charities by donating a portion of all proceeds from our photography to the care, feeding and support of the bunnies.

Our mission is to help many charities in Frisco and the metroplex through out work.

The Model Search is now closed, no more entries will be accepted. Judging will begin and be finalized shortly.
